Barking and Dagengam CCG Joint Working Agreement - Stable prostate cancer patient service re-design

The primary objective is to review and improve urology care pathways which will enable patients to be treated closer to home with more personalised and flexible care facilitating a return to normal life. The secondary objectives is to ensure a streamlining of urology secondary cares services to ensure that the most appropriate patients are being managed in this environment as well as primary care.

It is recognised that all Parties will gain from the project in addition to the primary objectives of delivery of improved patient care.
